new model is still noisy like the old ones. i was expecting improvements in this aspect.

Got this after researching different types of fans for my living room that is 50 sqm with no aircon. It’s amazing when I switch this on and the ceiling fan on. Feels like a wonderful breeze.

When it came one of the screws was broken and could not hold the device up. Customer service sent over a whole new fan set the next day. Never have I met such fast and efficient customer service. Performance wise, it really depends on how you angle the flow, if you cannot get the optimum angle you will find the wind is non-existent, but once you get it right, the airflow is really constant, so is the noise lol, but that is to be expected at the max speed. Overall, it is a great product and the excellent customer service is a bonus.

It will be perfect if the fan rotates. During the hot days we still need to switch on 2 fans in our living room to keep cool. There's no aircon in the living room and a fan that doesn't rotate just isn't enough.
