Packing was not well done. Just put inside a courier plastic bag is a bad idea. At least pack it in a proper box to prevent item damage during delivery. The power adaptor is not really a cheap item.

The power adapter blew because of a power surge. Made an order and it was promptly despatched to me and it worked perfectly the first time I switched the fan on
