Overall experience is very good. From the start enquiring if CDC voucher can be utilised and so on. Response is prompt and details provided are relevant and up to date. Allowing me to make better decisions as to when to purchase and which model to select. Delivery was smooth. Even though I don’t know estimated time for delivery, I managed to get home to collect and bring it into my home promptly. Enjoying the cooler air in my home as compared to normal fan. Thank you Oliver and team for the smooth process and wonderful experience!

Small footprint and good air draft. Can get noisy though at high speed.
