Adapter is adapter nothing special. What impressed me is Oliver! He replied my message swiftly, recommend me how to deliver the fan to him, helped me clean the fan even-though the problem was on the adapter, i just need to buy new adapter, but he is doing extra-mile by cleaning my 8-9yo fan, change some parts, I recommend all my friends to buy vornado, because of Oliver!

Packing was not well done. Just put inside a courier plastic bag is a bad idea. At least pack it in a proper box to prevent item damage during delivery. The power adaptor is not really a cheap item.
